 I provide a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to facilitate an initial connection and assess whether we could potentially work well together. Key considerations for determining compatibility include our schedule alignment, your therapy goals, and the specific topics you intend to address during our sessions. Should your schedule not align or if your therapy goals fall outside my scope of practice, I am more than willing to offer referrals to other therapists who may better match your schedule or specialize in the specific issues you wish to explore in therapy.

Payments 

I accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and most health savings account (HSA) cards, which I keep on file and run at the time of service, select Oregon Health Plan (OHP) CCO's for insurance billing.

Therapy session payments are processed after each session, debiting the card securely stored in your online file. If you cancel your scheduled appointment within 24 hours or fail to attend, the complete session fee will be charged.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE: *effective January, 2022

As part of the No Surprises Act, individuals who use self pay for services are entitled to a good faith estimate. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. ​If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
